Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions. Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. All orders are shipped via USPS. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us. Also, please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped. Please note once we have shipped your order, we do not have access or control over its delivery time. If your package has been confirmed delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been confirmed delivered by USPS. Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly when checking out to avoid delays in receiving your order. We do not refund shipping fees.
